Join our team of Personal Trainers, Physiotherapists, Nurses and Educated Fitness Professionals as we move you safety through each class.  We will aid you with your fitness goals, while you join our friendly community.

Conditioning

If you are ready to add some variety to your workout routine, this Conditioning class is for you! It is designed to build strength and overall fitness. We train in many different ways: TRX, Kettlebells, resistance training, kick boxing, circuits, and much more.

Along with your amazing workout, you will enjoy the benefits of working out in a social setting while getting away from treadmill boredom. In this class you have the ability to train a different way each time you attend keeping your brain and body constantly challenged in new ways.

*All fitness levels are welcome in this class
* Pre and Postnatal parents are welcome

PiYo® Live


PiYo® Live, a high-intensity, low-impact workout for a new kind of STRONG. Chalene Johnson took the very best Pilates- and yoga-inspired moves and cranked up the speed to give you full-throttle cardio, strength, and flexibility training all at once.  PiYo® packs it ALL into each workout so you can build lean muscle mass as you're burning crazy calories.
No weights.  No jumps.  Just hardcore results.

Prenatal Yoga


Bond with your baby from the very beginning of your journey together while connecting to a community of mothers.  Help your body stay strong, flexible and supple. Class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy. 
All fitness levels are welcome in this class.

TRX®
 

TRX® is changing the way athletes of all abilities, fitness professionals around the world, and the U.S. military exercise by offering an array of bodyweight-based training.  

*Pre-requisite required: Must have completed 20 weeks of Conditioning classes at Move N Soar.

Zumba®


Zumba® is a fusion of Latin and International music- dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! If you are looking for a high-energy class filled with exotic rhythms also including aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body this is the class for you. You do not need to have dance experience.  Just move your body and follow my lead.

Zumba® Gold
 

Zumba® Gold is great for beginners of any age and active older adults. Using the same rhythms and techniques as Zumba®, however there are verbal and non-verbal instructions used in a Zumba® Gold class. Don’t be left out of the Zumba® fitness revolution!

Zumba® Toning

The Zumba® Toning program takes the basic Zumba® dance-fitness party and adds in lightweight Zumba® Toning sticks to enhance muscle strength, tone, and endurance. Overall, the Zumba® Toning program is challenging and effective and provides a new and exhilarating avenue to weighted activity.
