AntiGravity® FUNdamentals (16+)

AntiGravity® FUNdamentals class teaches the basics of suspended inversions and helps one to familiarize themselves with the AntiGravity® hammock apparatus. Get ready to release your happy hormones with this fun class built on the founding principles of suspension fitness. Every movement sequence is broken down into simple progressions. Christopher Harrison’s AntiGravity® class is guaranteed to lift your spirits and elevate your fitness!

Antigravity® Yoga & Fitness (16+)

AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga & Suspension Fitness combines traditional yoga principles with elements from aerial acrobatics, dance, pilates and calisthenics. This class helps students realign their body and spirit with the tool of gravity that serves to achieve physical and mental decompression. Take this relaxing Antigravity® class when you are needing to stretch and lengthen those limbs. You will appreciate the added support of the AntiGravity® hammock for sun salutations as it allows you to push deeper into your posture and increase your flexibility and strength as we always finish in a floating savasana.

*Pre-requisite- Must have attended a minimum of 5 AntiGravity® FUNdamentals classes with Move N Soar

AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga

This class is a gentle, meditative, slow stretching and rehabilitative version of AG Yoga. This class incorporates series of gentle gyro kinetic motions, levitating meditations, joint opening poses and a floating sivasana (cocoon).
This groundbreaking technique is beneficial in both the prevention and rehabilitation of injuries.
