Tuesday: 4:45-5:45 (11-15yrs)
Saturday: 10:15-11:15am (8-15yrs)

Beginner Hoop Schedule:
Sunday: 3:45-4:45pm (8-15yrs)

Silks Level 1 & 2 Schedule:
Wednesday: L 1&2 - 4:45-5:45pm (8-15yrs)
Thursday: L 1 - 5:45-6:45pm (8-15yrs)
Friday: L 1- 4:30-5:50pm (8-15yrs)
Sunday: L 1 - 12:00-1:00pm (8-15yrs)
Sunday: L 1&2 - 1:15-2:15pm (11-15yrs)

First things first…this class is FUN!

This Aerial Silks and Lyra Hoop class is for kids between the ages of 8-15.

This is a 1 hour class guided by a certified aerial arts instructor.
This class will allow the kids to learn the fundamental techniques of Aerial Silks and Lyra in a fun and safe environment. They will learn the basics of aerial arts and sequences of movements as well as increase their strength and flexibility while having fun flying in the air!
When the students complete the beginner curriculum that is required to progress into the leveled classes, they will learn more intricate skills, drops, wraps and combinations. The classes will include more advanced strengthening exercises so that they can safely continue to improve on their flexibility and endurance in the air.

Aviators (Ages 11-15)

Friday: 5:45-6:45pm

This session is designed to introduce pre-teens and teens to the benefits of AntiGravity® Fitness. Developed for this transitional period in your child’s life, this is a mature teens series that teaches students to be able to move in new ways and to explore and love fitness at a new level. Your teen will be more flexible, strong, confident, happy, and connected as they flip, spin, and swing into aerial bliss!
